How do I raise a support ticket?
Use Create a ticket on the website, or open Ask AI and say “create a ticket”. We’ll log it in Hegde Support and reply by email. Existing customers can also sign in to the support portal at hegdesolutions.com/support.
How do Hegde Suite licences work?
Products are available as a self-hosted licence for one organisation and one production server, with unlimited users on that server, or as managed cloud hosting. Contact Hegde Solutions for a quote. Yearly support (updates and email help) is optional. You can host on your own VPS or on-prem server.
Do you also build websites?
Yes. Besides Hegde Suite, Hegde Solutions builds static brochure sites, dynamic sites with an admin panel, and e-commerce stores with catalogue, cart, and Indian payment gateways. What does Hegde support cover?
Yearly software support on licensed Hegde products (updates, statutory patches where relevant, email help) and infrastructure support for the server you host us on — remote install, break-fix, and change windows.
