OPD tokens, IPD beds, and pharmacy stock were three notebooks. Unpaid bills and low stock were visible too late.
Approach
Registered patients with UHID, ran OPD appointments and IPD occupancy, dispensed from batch-tracked pharmacy, and posted billing into accounts.
Outcomes
- One patient identity from OPD to discharge
- Bed occupancy the nursing desk can trust
- Pharmacy expiry and billing tied to the same visit
